Our Philosophy
EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH THE FIRE.
We smoke in small batches over jackfruit and mango wood from Labuan Bajo, and apple from the cool hills of Ruteng. The sauces, the rubs, the bread, the sides — all made in-house. Anything less would be cutting corners on an evening that deserves better.
LOW & SLOW
Brisket, pulled pork and ribs smoked 6–12 hours over Indonesian wood. Sold by weight.
